Raw product:
These scallops arrive raw. Cook thoroughly before consuming.

Thaw:
For best results, thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Pat dry before cooking for a better sear.

Pan-sear (best method):
Pat scallops completely dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.
Avoid overcrowding the pan and do not overcook.

Storage:
Keep frozen until ready to use. When stored properly, products can last up to 2 years in the freezer.
Each package is labeled with its expiration date.

After thawing, refrigerate at 40°F (4°C) and enjoy within 24–48 hours.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
